Our Regional Sales Executive is responsible for creating, qualifying and closing potential projects within an assigned territory in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will develop customer and partner networks and align their needs with cutting-edge solutions from Synspective. Details of work: Market Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the region. Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand Synspective's customer base. Sales Strategy and Execution: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Regularly assess the market landscape to stay ahead of industry trends and competition. Identify suitable channel partners in the assigned markets, establish them as credible and effective channels for Synspective in the target market to grow our market share Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional service. Act as a key point of contact for clients. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment on strategic goals. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Provide regular reports and forecasts to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Networking: Represent Synspective at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and strengthen industry presence. Selling points of this role ★ Opportunity for a motivated self-starter to carve out a successful career path in a growing industry and technology segment ★ Competitive remuneration and benefits At least 5 years of related experience in international geospatial sales in the Asia-Pacific Regions with a demonstrated track record of success Experience in GIS / remote sensing experience or related field Good channel and reseller network, knows how to align interests of channels with that of Synspective. Inquisitive skills and effectiveness in market and customer research Excellent communication skills Independent self-starter, ability to navigate a start-up company culture Clear judgment and decision-making skills. Adherence to good sales CRM standards for opportunity creation, updates and forecasting. Willingness to travel Preferred qualifications Vertical specific expertise in Government Defence and Intelligence/ Civil geospatial data sales, Architecture, Engineering and construction (AEC), disaster mitigation and protection.
