  1. Maintaining the highest quality of food ensuring full adherence to brand standards.
  2. Recruiting and training of culinary and stewarding teams to expand their knowledge to keep up with current advancements in the field.
  3. Practicing ultimate hygiene practices in line with HACCP standards.
  4. Crafting new innovative recipes and creating appropriate menus.
  5. Analyzing all labor and food costs making adjustments as necessary to achieve budgeted goals.
  6. Training the team for handling and upkeep of all kitchen equipment.
  7. Assisting the Food & Beverage Director in the daily operations of the restaurants and banqueting.
  8. Involvement in all promotional activities related to food and beverage.
Qualifications We are looking for a well-organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can display a “passion for perfection” and work in a dynamic environment. In addition, the candidate should possess:
  1. Relevant hotel culinary experience.
  2. Ability to focus attention on guest needs.
  3. Highly responsible & reliable.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
  5. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Ability to use and interpret related computer systems.
  7. Excellent negotiation skills.
  8. Strong presentation skills.
