Mechanical Project Manager (Commercial Projects) Location: Dublin Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 + Benefits Package About the Position We are seeking a dynamic Mechanical Project Manager to oversee high-profile commercial projects in Dublin. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead the delivery of large-scale mechanical installations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. What Youll Do Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Lead project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and site personnel, to meet performance targets Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure specifications are met and issues are resolved Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and scheduling to optimize efficiency and productivity Monitor and control costs, ensuring project profitability and controlling scope changes Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Conduct site inspections to maintain high-quality standards and project progress What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, preferably on large-scale commercial or industrial projects Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and ventilation Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management Effective leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders Familiarity with health and safety regulations and industry standards (PSDP and PSDCS awareness) Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) Why This Role?
