We are looking for a dynamic and organized Food & Beverage Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth operation of our F&B department. Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily operations and administrative tasks for the Food & Beverage department.
- Assist the F&B Manager in scheduling, inventory management, and departmental reporting.
- Act as a liaison between kitchen, service staff, and other departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain up-to-date records, including menus, recipes, event plans, and purchase orders.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support in planning and executing events and promotions within the F&B department.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining calendars, preparing reports, and responding to correspondence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
