Responsibilities: Manage and lead the Service Department. Develop and manage the service customer base, including debt collection. Assist the General Manager in growing the Preventative Maintenance business. Provide technical advice and prepare quotations for potential customers regarding servicing of the company’s products. Coordinate service requests and product orders with customers and service crews. Collaborate with Directors, General Manager, and Senior Managers to achieve business objectives and explore growth opportunities. Resolve disputes with customers, suppliers, or other parties. Prepare invoices for serviced products and ensure timely processing. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong time management skills and effective communication skills. Well-organized with strong coordination skills for paperwork and reporting. Efficient problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
