Vickerstock is working in partnership with a Tier 1 house building contractor to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor Your new role as Senior Quantity Surveyor Oversee cost management for multiple residential projects. Work closely with the Senior management team. Manage all commercial aspects on your active sites Present commercial packs to Senior management Manage procurement processes. Oversee subcontractor responsibilities such as payments. Work on negotiations and submissions What's in it for you?
