Our Client: An excellent opportunity to join our client who is an MNC in the retail space. They have exciting growth plans and are currently looking to hire a Regional HR Operations Manager to join their regional team. The Responsibilities: Align local and regional HR strategies with global objectives, ensuring consistency and standardization throughout Southeast Asia. Act as the regional HR operations expert, emphasizing exceptional employee experiences by efficiently managing both in-house and outsourced HR services. Serve as the primary point of escalation for addressing routine and complex HR operational challenges while collaborating on projects, initiatives, and process improvements across departments. Monitor and review the performance of service providers, identifying opportunities to optimize service delivery continuously. Improve the employee experience at all stages of the lifecycle, particularly during key moments such as onboarding, mobility, and offboarding. Regularly review and improve HR processes, systems, practices, and communications to achieve operational excellence. Ensure HR operational policies and procedures are well-documented and updated as necessary. Take ownership of specific HR systems to drive digital transformation initiatives. Maintain compliance with employment regulations by implementing necessary measures and staying informed of legislative updates. Offer expert advice to HR teams on regulatory and compliance matters related to employment. Oversee government reporting requirements and ensure accurate employee data through periodic audits. Guarantee that HR processes and systems align with local and regional data privacy policies. Lead and coordinate internal and external HR audits. Manage, mentor, and develop a direct report, fostering a culture of high performance. Promote collaboration, transparency, inclusion, and innovation within the team to drive growth and engagement. Other Information: 5 days work week with hybrid work arrangements. Office location in the Central regions with direct & convenient access to MRTs and buses. Works in a supportive team where they value transparency, collaboration, and teamwork. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred. At least 8 years of experience in HR operations, with a blend of hands-on operations and project experience. Proficiency in SuccessFactors or Workday is required. Employment Law Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of employment regulations across Southeast Asia, with the ability to implement these laws within an organization. Strong sense of responsibility for people, processes, and strategy, with a proven ability to influence results through a process-oriented approach. Skilled in analyzing data and producing reports to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement of processes. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Experience in leading teams and managing vendor relationships, with a focus on motivating, developing, and retaining talent. Solid project management experience, including identifying, defining, and delivering projects successfully. #J-18808-Ljbffr
