International Company with a Cape Town office is an industry leader in its specialist area of supplying SAAS to clients in 100 countries.Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaison with clients to clearly establish requirements, documenting complex solutions addressing “what if” scenarios. Document user needs along with relevant business rules and functionality, and present requests to developers.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Degree in Business or IT.
- Business Analyst course.
- 8 years’ experience analyzing complex cloud-based solutions and documenting solutions.
- Proven experience working with clients in SAAS products.
- Ability to think out of the box and identify multiple scenarios and potential outcomes.
- Document requirements clearly.
- Ability to develop an understanding of client requirements and business rules, addressing legislative requirements of countries where clients are based.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ability to liaise with developers.
