We are a fast-growing agency that specializes in creating and executing effective cold email marketing campaigns for B2B companies. We work with startups, INC 5000 companies, and award winning agencies. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will not only be able to develop highly valuable skills but also gain invaluable insights into the inner workings of dozens of well-run companies. You will be working directly with the founders, CEOs, and top-level executives of B2B companies from a wide range of industries. You will be able to work independently and make important creative decisions on a daily basis. This is a full-time, well-paid, remote position ideal for self-starters and career changers. No previous sales or cold email experience is required. We do cold email quite differently from most other companies and we're happy to teach our process. Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, develop their cold email strategy, implement learnings week over week
- Handle client calls
- Proactive + personable personality
- Working hours are flexible but it's necessary to have at least a few hours of overlap each day with our clients. Most of our clients are in the US.
- We collaborate on Slack
- We manage tasks through Airtable
- We send emails through Instantly
- We’ve built a huge amount of automations for campaign creation, task management, reporting, lead scraping, etc. so you can focus on high-value tasks. All the boring stuff is automated.
