Responsibilities: Provide maintenance and support for Customers' Enterprise/Vessel Project Hands-on experience in any Windows/Linux desktop or server upgrades Perform troubleshooting and problem identification for any desktop/server services Able to perform as the role of Project Lead / Coordinator in project management for small to medium size projects or Service Requests Participate in the design of information and operational support systems Provide documentation for deployments Must be able to learn and work independently Basic understanding in network implementation Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Security or equivalent Required to have minimum 1 - 2 years of hands-on technical support experience in SI Environment Fast-paced environment Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Good communication and writing skills Strong customer service orientation Able to work independently Only Singaporean/PR Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
