A Facilities Technician is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based electronics manufacturing client. Reporting into the Facilities Supervisor - you will maintain and improve the condition of the plant, equipment , utilities, buildings through preventative and reactive maintenance. THE ROLE: * Reporting into the Facilities Supervisor - you will maintain and improve the condition of the plant, equipment , utilities, buildings through preventative and reactive maintenance. * Help to maintain the security of the site and perform duties in pursuance of current Health and Safety legislation and regulations. * Support the Facilities Supervisor on all tasks as assigned via the company CMMS (Certified Maintenance Management System REQUIREMENTS: * Technical qualification is desirable but relevant trade/maintenance experience is acceptable. * Competent in maintenance activities / experience in a manufacturing environment an advantage * Full Driving License * Experience in CMMS an advantage. * Formal training in all safety and regulatory activities will be provided as required such as manual handling, work at height, abrasive wheels etc. Please call Diarmuid Buckley today for further information on or email: CareerWise Recruitment (In Search of Excellence) Established in 1999, CareerWise Recruitment specialises in recruitment of management and technical professionals for the life sciences, ICT, engineering, food and agri sectors.
