Join Our Global Marketing Team The Global Marketing team is responsible for building and executing strategy for customer acquisition and retention. Our focus is on building out solid strategies and developing plans. We work towards having the maximum impact possible on pipeline and revenue growth. Develop South East Asia's Go-To-Market Strategy! You will support the sales teams in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines. You will also focus on customer needs, growth and optimizing the targeting and messaging of our programs. As the SEA Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for: Partnering with sales and marketing to create and execute strategic marketing plans focused on acquiring New Customers Promoting Industry Awareness and Strategic Planning, understanding of competitive practices and trends shaping the industry and developing comprehensive, proactive annual plans. Collaborating with global programs, product, industry, SDR, channel and digital marketing to ensure consistency in programs Developing demand generation programs that can be executed, from digital initiatives to account-based marketing programs Managing budgets, planning, communicating all marketing plans, activities, and program results to stakeholders on a regular basis Creating reports that track KPI's, analyze return on investment and demonstrate the correlating business impact Evaluating programs to draw insights about how to optimize future go-to-market efforts Learning the latest market trends and ensuring marketing programs stay relevant to reflect customer business drivers Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Possess demand generation marketing experiences in hi-growth B2 B technology sector, preferably across multiple SEA markets Have a desire to work in ambiguity and possess self-starter qualities to be strategic, build relationships and execute Demonstrate being the strategic thinker as well as an excellent executor Have a collaborative approach with the ability to prioritize and solve problems Demonstrate the ability to build relationships and gain consensus across a diverse organization, fostering trust and credibility Have experience with marketing or sales automation tools (ex.
