Job Description

The Real Estate Operation Officer plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of real estate transactions and property management within the organization. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills. The officer will be responsible for ensuring that all real estate operations are conducted efficiently and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role also involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations. Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and manage property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available.
  2. Assist in the preparation of real estate documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate sector.
  4. Maintain and update the company’s database of properties and client information.
  5. Support the sales team by providing necessary documentation and information for property viewings.
  6. Monitor and ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for property listings.
  8. Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
