Job Title: Finishing Foreman/woman Location: Dublin (multiple new sites) Company:Leading Residential Developer Salary: €70-€75K + bonus + health insurance + pension About the Role: Lumen Search have been retained by a leading residential developer who due to company expansion are looking for a number of Finishing Foreman/woman to oversee the final stages of construction projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and timely delivery. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional results and managing teams effectively. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate finishing trades, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard. Monitor progress on-site, addressing issues promptly to maintain project timelines. Conduct quality control checks, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards. Collaborate with site management, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery. Maintain accurate records of progress, variations, and site activities. Drive health and safety compliance on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman in residential or commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of finishing trades, materials, and standards. A commitment to delivering high-quality results within project deadlines.
