IT Support Engineer

CBD location 5 days week Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Basic Salary +1 month AWS +Variable bonus Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS; familiarity with both PC and Mac hardware and software is essential. We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer who is passionate about providing high-quality technical support to our employees in Singapore and globally. This role is critical in providing technical support and for maintaining the hardware and software environment across the company's offices, ensuring that all technology is functioning optimally to support business operations. Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to end-users via MS Teams, email, or in-person, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues. Provide basic infrastructure or network troubleshooting. Install, configure, and update software applications, desktops, laptops, TV, Meeting Room bookings and peripherals. Create and maintain accurate IT documentation, including processes, procedures, and support resolutions. Review and maintain IT contracts with vendors ensuring proper approval is completed and documented. Review all software licences and provide periodic updates & recommendations. Plan and provide a table of report on upcoming licences renewals Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure accurate asset tracking. Review need of IT requisition from users and obtain approval from user’s department head Procure, manage, and maintain office IT equipment and cabling to meet agreed standards, ensuring they function safely and effectively. Conduct periodic system audits and ensure IT systems meet security and compliance standards Assist with office infrastructure setup and maintenance, including firewalls, access points, printers, and workstations. Support employee onboarding and offboarding Requirement: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role. Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS; familiarity with both PC and Mac hardware and software is essential. Experienced in using and supporting Microsoft 365, MS Teams and Sharepoint support . Be self-reliant and take ownership of their responsibilities. Able to communicate clearly with stakeholders and IT team.
