Head of Investment - Jeddah - Jobskey Consultancy

The Head of Investment will drive the organization's inorganic growth by leading the development and execution of corporate development strategies to maximize revenue from owned assets. This role ensures financial and operational excellence, aligning strategic initiatives with the company's overall direction. Key Accountabilities: General Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to formulating strategic objectives with the leadership team.
  • Cascade functional strategy into operating plans, ensuring alignment with other related strategies and plans.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of policies, processes, and procedures for Corporate Development & Strategy, ensuring delivery of high-quality services.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices.
  • Manage performance and develop employees to maximize results.
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Drive corporate development strategy in line with the overall strategic direction.
  • Lead the evaluation and review of opportunities identified centrally or by Business Units.
  • Present opportunities to senior leadership and the Board of Directors, advising on necessary actions.
  • Negotiate strategic transactions in alignment with the organization's strategic direction.
Experience Required: A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Business Development. At least 5 years in a leadership role directing key functions within the organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
