For more information, please visit Purpose and Scope Your role will support the full project life cycle of our wind assets, from project development to project execution and asset management. You will work with a team with a multidisciplinary skillset ranging from projection development, BOP (Balance of Plant) engineering, construction and management in multiple locations, O&M, asset management, technology assessment of wind turbines and power system equipment OEMs / sub-suppliers. Key Roles and Responsibilities Perform site audits, functional assurance, balance of plant engineering & execution support for onshore wind projects. Prepare BOP technical specifications, internal standards & engineering guidelines, supplier or contractor Scope of Works. Perform and support BOP engineering activities, technical documentation reviews, and evaluate grid power flow reports for new project development and financial investments. Lead and organize review of internal and external deliverables (engineering drawings, technical reports, and procedures). Support wind project development and O&M resource at the market and group level. Drive wind farms KPIs improvement projects to maximize wind energy generation. Work with various group functions; procurement, finance, HSSE, ESIA, etc. to achieve the above said objectives. Qualifications & Experience A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or power system engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus. Minimum 15 years of electrical work experience in power industry, oil and gas industry, wind industry is preferred. Minimum 10 years of electrical O&M experiences with voltage of 66kV and above. Good knowledge and experience of electrical installation, switching operations, maintenance and troubleshooting of HV/MV/LV equipment, including generators, switch gears, transformers, motors, electrical protection systems, static frequency converters and static excitation systems, VFDs, and battery chargers & UPSs. Experience with high voltage (>1000 volts) equipment O&M. Experience in preparation of Technical RFPs, Equipment Specifications, Field Quality Plans for various packages of Balance of Plant projects. Experience in technical bid document assessment, review of load flow & reactive power studies. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Possess knowledge and familiarity with the wind IEC standards and applications. Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and practices.
