We are seeking a Structural Geologist to join Southern Unconventional Characterization Division, with expertise in regional to prospect scale seismic and well based structural restoration across multiple international basins.<br />

The Southern Unconventional Characterization Division<b> </b>is responsible for the characterization and development of an established tight sand play in the Kingdom, through initiating and executing integrated subsurface projects to guide appraisal and development campaigns in order to meet gas production targets from unconventional resources. In addition, the division offers support to production engineering for stimulation and hydraulic fracturing operations.<br />

As a Structural Geologist your primary role will be to interpret regional seismic volumes/lines and perform geometric/geomechanical structural restorations. 	<li>Produce regional and prospect scale structural restoration both geometrically and geomechanically in order to enhance the prospectivity of new wells. Restorations should confirm and validate structural controls across the prospect in terms of hydrocarbon accumulation, reservoir/source rock quality, and compartmentalization.</li>
	<li>Identify and catalog complex faults in seismic data with appropriate knowledge of their exact timing and effects on reservoir/source deposition, hydrocarbon entrapment, associated fracture propagation, and fault seal properties.</li>
	<li>Identify syn-post kinematic relationships within a given field for target reservoirs or formations, and relate their importance with regards to hydrocarbon accumulation and reservoir/source quality.</li>
	<li>Integration of structural features of borehole images with restored sections to identify stresses acting on picked fault planes.</li>
	<li>Perform multi-horizon mapping of target reservoir/source crossing fault lines and integrate directly with geomodelers to produce more robust structural frameworks for geomodelling purposes.</li>
	<li>Work closely with Sedimentologists, Basin Modelers, Geomodelers and Geophysicsts, and champion goal driven projects from planning to execution using a Collaborative Work Environment.</li>

	<li>As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor&#39;s degree in geology or a related science as appropriate to the required discipline. An advanced degree is preferred.</li>
	<li>Approximately 15 years&#39; experience with at least 5 years in the field of structural geology across multiple hydrocarbon basins.</li>
	<li>High level experience in geometric and/or geomechanical structural restoration on a regional and prospect level scales with industry best practices in establishing structural frameworks, picking faults, identifying kinematic relationships with proficiency in specialized software, such as MOVE or Dynel. Image log structural interpretation knowledge is also preferred.</li>
	<li>You will have the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for knowledge sharing objectives.</li>

	<li>Support structuring and negotiation of deals to achieve final deal closure</li>
	<li>Review & consult on all transaction documents</li>
	<li>Work with internal corporate stakeholders to achieve desired results of transactions</li>
	<li>Ensure knowledge transfer through mentorship of young talent</li>

	<li>Strong background in renewable project development, deal structuring, stakeholder management, financial modeling, bankability and valuations.</li>
	<li>Understanding of operational and development business model for Independent power producers and developers within the renewable sector</li>
	<li>Excellent command of spoken and written English. Preference will be given to candidates that have a demonstrable track record of delivering board level presentations</li>

We are seeking an Intellectual Property Licensing & Transactions Expert to join our Technology Commercialization Division (TCD).<br />
<br />
TCD&#39;s mission is to maximize value realization from Aramco technologies through internal and external Intellectual Property (IP) commercialization, to address the company&#39;s business and sustainability priorities.<br />

Your primary role is to develop and execute license agreements to monetize IP and enable deployment across Aramco assets. This important role provides leadership in defining and implementing IP licensing strategies that deliver value, first through deployments in Aramco group business operations, and where applicable, monetization of company-owned IP outside of Aramco or Aramco operations. Working with key stakeholders, you will develop IP and commercialization strategies for each technology project and structure, and negotiate licensing terms with third parties.<br />

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join the JV Development Legal Practice in the Project Development & Finance Law Department of the Saudi Aramco Law Organization as Senior Counsel.<br />
<br />
The Law Organization at Saudi Aramco is responsible for providing legal counsel and advisory services to Saudi Aramco&#39;s business units, subsidiaries, and joint ventures. The JV Development Legal Practice within the Law Organization is responsible for, among other matters, advising on, negotiating, and documenting Saudi Aramco&#39;s project development and joint venture transactions.<br />
<br />
The primary role is to lead the legal activities with respect to the development and implementation of joint ventures, including the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of such transactions. As part of the responsibilities, the [Senior Counsel] will also advise Saudi Aramco Management and internal clients with respect to Saudi Aramco&#39;s legal rights and obligations, agreements, and common statutory or similar processes in connection with such transactions. The [Senior Counsel] will also liaise and work with other attorneys in the Law Organization, as it relates to tax, antitrust, capital markets, and foreign direct investment. In addition, the [Senior Counsel] will engage and manage outside counsel on a cost-effective basis.<br />

The Senior Counsel will report to the Practice Leader of the JV Development Legal Practice. While the position is based in Dhahran, this is a global practice and requires commensurate travel.<br />

<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>

We are seeking an Exploration Geoscientist with a strong track record in prospect generation to join Eastern Area Exploration Department (EAED).<br />
<br />
The Eastern Area Exploration Department aim to meet the demand for hydrocarbon resource replacement and obtain sustainable volumes of oil and gas to replace the ongoing production. Also, EAED duties cover all prospect generation and Exploration/Delineation well location selection, and assimilation of new Exploration well drilling results throughout the Eastern Basin of Saudi Arabia, an area of more than one million square kilometers.<br />

As an Exploration Geoscientist you will be responsible for all aspects of well and seismic data interpretation and integration to produce prospects and associated potential volume ranges combined with petroleum systems analysis to inform risk and uncertainty together with strategic alignment with the company objectives.<br />

As a successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:</p>

	<li>Near field and wildcat exploration mapping and prospect generation throughout the Basins of Saudi Arabia.</li>
	<li>Well log interpretation and correlations using basic logs.</li>
	<li>Use of advanced log interpretations where available</li>
	<li>Work effectively with petrophysical colleagues.</li>
	<li>Execute reflection seismic data interpretation 2D and 3D incorporating multiple surveys and vintages, onshore and marine, and generating attributes as required.</li>
	<li>Well ties using synthetics and Vertical Seismic Profile (VSP).</li>
	<li>Interpret seismic, including seismic stratigraphic interpretations for subtle traps.</li>
	<li>Apply sequence stratigraphic techniques to identify subtle traps.</li>
	<li>Integrate diverse data-types to construct and promote prospects.</li>
	<li>Assess petroleum risk elements to identify viable prospects.</li>
	<li>Map making using industry standard tools.</li>
	<li>Prospect volume and risk estimates.</li>
	<li>Preparing and presenting professional-quality presentation materials.</li>
	<li>Provide mentoring and technical assistance to young professionals.</li>
	<li>Select well locations, plan wells.</li>
	<li>Participate in well operations decision making to take critical decisions and solve problems.</li>

	<li>Extensive experience in applying Clastic and Carbonate Sequence and Seismic Stratigraphy & Regional Geology using seismic and well data to analyze the subsurface at all scales relevant to petroleum systems, from the basin evolution to the identification of stratigraphic traps and the timing of structural trap development, gross depositional environment reconstruction, reservoir potential, seal characterization and structural geology.</li>
	<li>Experience of planning wells and participating in decision making during the operational phase.</li>
	<li>Knowledge of using applications relating to data interpretation, correlations, mapping and prospect generation such as: Petrel, Petrosys, etc.</li>
	<li>Structural geology skills including: fault interpretation and fault seal.</li>

<b><b>Overview</b></b><br />
<br />
Saudi Aramco is seeking Natural Gas Strategist Engineer to join the technical team of the Gas Strategy & Technical Support Department under the Gas Development Admin Department.<br />
<br />
As a Natural Gas Strategist Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting economic analysis and research on the natural gas market, including supply, demand, prices, regulations, and policies. You will provide insights and recommendations to support the company&#39;s business development strategy and identify new opportunities for growth and profitability in the natural gas sector. In addition, you will be responsible to evaluate the impact of various factors on the natural gas market, such as weather, geopolitics, regulations, technology, competition, and consumer behavior.<br />

<b><b>Duties & Responsibilities</b></b><br />
<br />
&bull; Collect, process, and analyze data and information on the natural gas industry, using various sources and methods such as databases, reports, surveys, models, and software.<br />
&bull; Monitor and forecast the trends and dynamics of the natural gas market, including supply and demand drivers, price movements, market structure, competition, energy transition and regulatory changes.<br />
&bull; Evaluate the economic feasibility and profitability of potential natural gas projects, such as exploration, production, transportation, storage, distribution, export and generate NPVs, IRRs and other economic yardsticks<br />
&bull; Conduct cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment of various natural gas scenarios and strategies, considering technical, environmental, social, and political factors.<br />
&bull; Prepare and present clear and concise reports, charts, tables, dashboards and presentations to communicate the results of the economic analysis and research to internal and external stakeholders.<br />
&bull; Provide advice and guidance to senior management and business development teams on natural gas market opportunities and challenges.<br />
&bull; Collaborate with other economists, analysts, engineers, consultants, and experts in the natural gas industry to exchange information and share best practices.<br />
&bull; Keep abreast of the latest developments and innovations in the natural gas sector and related fields such as energy economics, environmental economics, and climate change.<br />
&bull; Knowledge of the natural gas industry and its fundamentals, such as production methods, transportation systems, storage options, market structures, pricing mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks.<br />
<br />
<b><b>Minimum Requirements</b></b><br />
<br />
&bull; Bachelor&#39;s degree or higher in petroleum engineering, economics, finance, business administration, or related field. Master&#39;s degree or PhD in economics or energy economics is preferred.<br />
&bull; 10-15 years of relevant experience in the natural gas industry or energy sector. Experience in business development or project management is a plus.<br />
&bull; Strong knowledge and understanding of the natural gas market and its key drivers, challenges, opportunities, and risks.<br />
&bull; Proficient in economic modeling, forecasting, and analysis tools and techniques.<br />
&bull; Experience in using software to develop economical models<br />
&bull; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br />
&bull; Ability to communicate complex economic concepts and findings in a clear and concise manner to various audiences.<br />
&bull; High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.<br />
&bull; Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and business needs.<br />
