JASARA PMC is looking for a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager - Infrastructure, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing infrastructure projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success, including on-time delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects and make a lasting impact in the industry. Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will collaborate with their team, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that provide superior outcomes. They will provide consistent leadership and support client focus and responsiveness, helping to identify and anticipate client needs.
Lead and manage the design and construction process from inception to implementation for infrastructure project(s) comprising various disciplines, including roads, bridges, culverts, underground utilities (wet and dry), street lighting, and district cooling.
Collaborate closely with development teams (architects and engineers), clients, contractors, and stakeholders to fully understand project requirements and create innovative design solutions that satisfy client requirements and meet local codes and standards.
Ensure smooth coordination with internal and external design teams to deliver high-quality design documents and drawings while adhering to project timelines and budgets and meeting clients' high-quality standards.
Lead the team to ensure design deliverables are provided by the consultants in accordance with their Contract and district and sub-district program requirements and timelines.
Conduct regular design review meetings, providing technical guidance and support to clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.
Proactively monitor and track project progress, promptly identifying and resolving any design-related challenges or conflicts that may arise and reporting timeously on these.
Monitor and review design progress, identify any issues or risks, and implement effective solutions.
Efficiently manage and maintain meticulous project documentation, including design records, change orders, and necessary approvals.
Maintain strict compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations to guarantee the success of each project.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and integration of various design elements to achieve seamless progression from design, construction, to final handover.
Compile and present reports and visual presentations regarding designs, design reviews, cost analysis, and progress on project tasks.
Setup and chair meetings with the client, consultants, design team, and stakeholders while capturing minutes of meetings as necessary.
Comply with client's governance requirements.
Oversee and manage all project interfaces within the delivery program.
Prepare and present design reports, presentations, and recommendations to stakeholders.
