Conduct measurements, prepare quantity takeoffs, manage subcontractor payments, and assist in evaluating variations and progress for commercial and contractual matters. Candidate must supervise onsite work and perform office tasks, with skills in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, and AutoCAD. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans, supervise construction, ensure compliance with regulations, and possess strong project management and communication skills. Coordinate daily operations, execute maintenance of civil engineering services, manage resources, and ensure effective communication and planning skills are utilized. Estimate costs and quantities of materials, prepare contracts, manage budgets, and ensure effective communication between clients and site managers. Conduct cost analysis, prepare bills of quantities, collaborate with teams, and negotiate contracts while utilizing software tools for accurate project management. The role involves contractor tendering, cost management, and contract administration in real estate development, requiring expertise in Quantity Surveying and MRICS certification. Analyze project costs, conduct quantity surveying, prepare bids, and manage contracts while ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders. Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience in the UAE with a Building Contracting Company. Must have strong knowledge of UAE building codes. Manage financial, contractual compliance, cost control, and asset readiness for operations and maintenance services, ensuring effective project delivery and risk mitigation.
