Growing companyInternational, dynamic environment About Our Client Our client is an ambitious, fast-growing, profitable, and internationally focused organization within the Automotive industry. The team comprises of highly skilled professionals dedicated to sales and business development.We are seeking a Regional Head of Sales to work closely with the VP for Northwestern Europe in formulating a strategic plan for the region. The Head of Sales will be on the road around 50% of the time, visiting distributors and dealers throughout Benelux and France. Job DescriptionLead and manage all aftermarket business activities within the Benelux / France.Oversee and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the existing customer base.Identify new prospects and channel partners to enhance distribution capabilities.Analyze and capitalize on sales opportunities across the region.Meet or exceed sales revenue targets across various product lines and segments.Foster strong relationships with distributors and tire dealers to increase revenue and customer acquisition.Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the life cycle of all partnerships.Monitor and improve channel effectiveness across territories, evaluating performance regularly.Build and manage a high-performance team.Implement and track the success of initiatives aimed at achieving sales targets.Collaborate with Product Management, Pricing, and Marketing to provide feedback on product performance and recommend pricing strategies to maintain competitive positioning.Act as a brand ambassador, promoting positive relationships and partnerships for the company.Operate effectively within a highly international structure, with manufacturing sites overseas and teams based across Europe and India.Produce accurate sales forecasts. The Successful ApplicantMaster's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant commercial or technical field.10-15 years of sales experience within Benelux/France.Proven experience with distribution channels in an international setting.Preferred background in industrial machinery or industrial consumables.Strong commercial acumen.Highly self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.Positive, solution-focused outlook with a proactive approach.Excellent communication skills.Strong analytical abilities, with experience in data collection, management, and analysis.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.Willingness to travel throughout the region more than 50% of the time.
