Sr. Oracle EBS Manufacturing & Supply Chain Techno functional ConsultantCategory: ITFunctional Area: Oracle SCM (Supply Chain Management)Location: (Location)Job Type: Full Time/PermanentQualifications: Relevant training would be an added feature.Experience: 5 years and above in a reputed company.Offered Salary: Market Competitive + Other benefits.Job DescriptionSummary: Working as part of the IT-ERP team, the primary role will be the functional support of Oracle e-Business Suite applications across a wide range of EBS modules and user-specific customizations.Job Responsibilities:Manufacturing and SCM master data setup and management.Requirements gathering and documentation for business changes.Work with the development team to deliver user requirements.Understanding how the system should be set up.Technical understanding of the objects, functions, procedures, workflows.SQL/PLSQL understanding for the guidance of the development team.Liaise directly with business users to ensure all requests for change are properly designed, assessed, prioritized, and managed through to completion.Provide day-to-day application support.Assist the support team in sorting out day-to-day support issues in standard and customized applications.Identifying persistent problems and work with key stakeholders to address the root causes.Providing end-user application and functionality training.Creating test plans and coordinating testing with the relevant business users.Assist in defining and optimizing simple yet effective business processes and drive change within the organization through negotiation and consensus-building.Help ensure that ERP initiatives follow the proper planning, scheduling, and management processes.Assist with risk management and change management on projects.SkillsOracle EBS Discrete manufacturing.SQL *PLUS, TOAD, and SQL*LOADER.Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS interface tables.Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS APIs.Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS Purchase to Dispatch process.Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS table structure of related modules.Good verbal communication and strong command in written communication.Soft attitude, honest work ethic, and high confidence level.Provide assistance to others when they need it and good supporting role with others at work.
