Key Responsibilities:

SOL Gulf is seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of IT Service Management Executive in our Managed Services team. Candidate must have prior experience in using ServiceNow's IT Service management modules. A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or management sciences coupled with relevant certification such as ITIL or COBIT is preferred.

Key responsibilities of an IT Service Management Executive include:

Design, Implement & Manage IT Service Management processes and procedures, primarily Release Management, Incident Management, Problem Management & Service Level Management.

Ensure IT Services are delivered as per Customer expectations, standards and SLA's.

Maintain IT department Service Catalogue using Service Now.

Work as Incident Manager during an event of Critical Incident and ensure Major Incident Management process is followed.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, and other third-party service providers.

Work with relevant stakeholders to update and maintain IT application CMDB.

Support the identification and management of risks associated with IT service delivery.

Assist with the implementation and operation of IT service management tools and technologies.

Continuously monitor and improve the performance of IT services.

Qualifications and Skills:

At least 6-8 years of experience in IT Service Management.

Prior hands-on experience in any of the following roles: Release Manager, Change Manager, or Major Incident Manager.

Strong knowledge in managing Service Catalogue and other Service modules in Service Now.

Understanding of Project lifecycle stages.

Skills and certifications may include but are not limited to ITIL, Service Now, COBIT, etc.
