Professional Experience, Skills and CompetenciesMinimum 20 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital transformation projects at senior level.Ability to plan, execute and deliver project objectives while managing scope, time, and quality.Experience in managing project's budget and resources effectively.Experience in design & development of enterprise level Data Exchange Layer.Familiarity with World Bank guidelines, regulatory authorities and standards.Proven track record in leading large-scale technology-driven projects.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent skills in planning, organizing, and managing resources.Educational Background16 years education in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or equivalent from HEC Recognized University.Job Location: IslamabadTerms and Conditions:Selected candidate will be hired initially on contract basis for a period of 3 years (extendable if required).Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.5 years' relaxation in age is already included in above age limit.Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.No TA/DA will be admissible.Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of interview.
