Job details
Proper know-how of the printing process.In-depth knowledge of quality standards and chemical restrictions.Proper know-how of standard operating procedures for all over printing machines.Ability to execute production as per requirements within target time and quality.Must be a good motivator and leader over the production team.The incumbent should be dynamic and possess a good personality.Must have a strong presence and leadership ability.Maintain a 5S environment as an added responsibility.Job SpecificationBachelor's/BSc. in Textile/Chemical/MSc., with 3 to 4 years of experience.Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.Good analytical ability and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.Proficient in the use of computers and reporting with proper presentation.Excellent communication skills.Self-motivated and responsible.
