Description :Note: Through proactive pipelining, we are collecting profiles for upcoming future roles and you will be only contacted if your profile is shortlisted for this role which may not be currently open.Grade Level: L2Location: IslamabadRole Title: Lead Product Development (Cloud)We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Lead Product Development professional to drive the end-to-end development of cloud products and digital platforms that meet the needs of our customers and business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile principles, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams towards continuous improvement and excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the Agile champion within the team promoting and implementing Agile best practices across product development teams. Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.Oversee the entire product development lifecycle in an Agile environment, from concept to delivery. Work closely with product owners, subject matter experts and development teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet the needs.Communicate effectively to ensure shared understanding of product goals, progress, and challenges.Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the Agile teams. Identify areas for enhancement in processes, tools, and team dynamics. Implement changes that lead to higher efficiency, quality, and team satisfaction.Mentor and coach Agile teams, product owners, and other stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.Collaborate with product leadership to align Agile practices with the company's strategic goals. Contribute to the development of a long-term vision for product development, ensuring that Agile practices support business objectives.Address complex challenges that arise during product development and find innovative solutions. Facilitate collaboration and communication to overcome obstacles and keep projects on track.Write business requirement documents and work with the development team to translate these into the technical and logical flows for platform development.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the cross-functional team. Provide regular updates and reports to the manager on team performance, product progress, and areas for improvement.Ensure product rollouts are in line with industry best practices and plan knowledge transfer to product growth team & relevant stakeholders.Use tools like Google Analytics, Firebase or Mixpanel to keep track of product health.Recommend optimizations to product based on customer feedback and data points.Manage product operations and be a go-to person for stakeholders to address product-related issues.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in product development & commercialization.Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and their application in product development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence diverse audiences.Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, ambiguous situations and drive solutions that align with business goals.Well versed with the software development lifecycle and product launch strategies.Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Firebase or Mixpanel.
