We are looking for professional, hardworking, and energetic Sales Executives for our Islamabad office to act as intermediaries between sellers and buyers.Responsibilities:Market competitive basic salary + CommissionFresh and experienced candidates are encouraged to applyMarketing real estate on behalf of clients and providing guidance to buyers/sellers to facilitate the purchase/selling process.Provide guidance and assist sellers/buyers in marketing/purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.Determine clients' needs and financial abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them.Follow up with clients in case of receivables.Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters to their benefit and ensure fair and honest dealings.Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.Display and market real property to possible buyers.Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.).Maintain and update listings of available properties.Develop networks within other real estate agents and clients.Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
