Our digital skills training program, DigiSkills.pk, provides an online training platform. Applications are sought from dynamic individuals with credentials and vision to head this Company.QualificationThe candidate must possess a degree, equivalent to sixteen years of education or higher, from a national or international university/institute accredited by HEC in Engineering, ICT, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.ExperienceThe candidate should have demonstrated experience of at least ten (10) years, with a minimum of five (5) years in a leadership role, in ICT sector or funding organization with managing research & innovation, fund management or nurturing startup ecosystem experience. Must qualify Fit and Proper criteria for appointment as Chief Executive of a Public Sector Company as defined in the State-Owned Enterprise Act 2023, and applicable rules, guidelines, and procedures including competence capability, personal and financial integrity.Required Skill-SetThe candidate must have:Excellent interpersonal skills for working with senior academicians and industry leaders.Excellent communication skills to interact with senior government officials, political leaders, and stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in providing vision, leading and managing multiple teams, and delivering concrete and measurable results in a demanding corporate environment.Demonstrated experience in evaluating and applying emerging technologies in solving problems of society.Experience of industry or academia in R&D, technology-based entrepreneurship, innovation, incubation, investment/funding, commercialization or building the overall innovation ecosystem.Term of ContractThe position reports to the Board of Directors and is for a period of 3 years.Age LimitThe candidate's age at the time of the advertisement should not exceed 50 years.Pay Package & FacilitiesThe organization offers a congenial professional environment and an excellent remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification of the candidate.Application Submission ProcessDownload detailed Job Profile of the post from www.ignite.org.pk/careers.
