Accounts & Finance Assistant

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial activities and ensuring the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain financial records, including but not limited to, budgets, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial statements.- Conduct monthly and year-end financial closing processes.- Monitor and review financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management review.- Manage the cash flow and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.- Manage payroll processing and associated documentation.- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.Job Specification- Proven experience as an Accounts professional ideally in the Architecture & Construction industry.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
