Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company targets for Firewall, HCI , & Other IT and Cyber security products.
Identify new market opportunities and drive the expansion of IT and Cyber security product offerings.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market analysis and research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns and promotions.
Set sales targets and quotas for the team and monitor their performance against these targets.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
Develop and implement sales incentive programs to motivate the team and drive performance.
Engage with clients to understand their business needs and present suitable IT and Cyber security products solutions
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships.
Work closely with the technical and product teams to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and product development.
Provide feedback from clients and the market to influence product improvements and innovation.
Support the development and training of the sales team in product knowledge and sales techniques.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market data.
Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business trends.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science with MBA in marketing
Extensive experience in sales management, preferably within the IT, cybersecurity, or networking industries with 8-10 years of experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.
Skills:
Deep understanding of IT and cybersecurity market.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
