Job Description: We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and spearhead our business expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust skill set in business development strategy planning and execution, outstanding leadership abilities, and a knack for onboarding new clients effectively. This role is crucial for shaping our growth trajectory and demands proficiency in various marketing and outreach techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive company growth.
Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
Formulate and implement sales and marketing plans to meet revenue targets.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of business development professionals.
Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Identify and build relationships with potential clients.
Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to our products or services.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Demonstrate proficiency in both B2B and B2C models.
Integrate digital presence strategies into business development efforts.
Execute email, text, and cold call marketing campaigns to generate leads and build client relationships.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to optimize performance.
Leverage experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing.
Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of experience in business development.
Proven experience in business development strategy planning and execution.
Proven track record on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
Strong leadership skills with a history of leading and developing successful sales teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
