Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered as per specifications.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Reporting: Generate regular project status reports for stakeholders and upper management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Experience with risk management and budgeting in a technical environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification.
Familiarity with programming languages or development frameworks.
Experience in (specific industry or technology relevant to the company).
