Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM)
About us:
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse creative and business roles. Your efforts will ensure we attract skilled candidates who align with our company culture and are motivated to contribute to our continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities :
Craft and post job descriptions on multiple platforms, including job boards and social media.
Source candidates through online channels, social media, and professional networks.
Review applications, resumes, and portfolios to identify the best-fit candidates.
Conduct initial phone/video calls to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and distribute relevant test tasks to shortlisted candidates for roles such as Video Editor, Graphic Designer, and Proposal Writer.
Schedule and conduct final interview rounds with the hiring team for selected candidates.
Maintain a smooth interview process, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Extend job offers and manage offer negotiations.
Design and manage an onboarding process for each new hire, ensuring they transition smoothly into their role.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (1 Year)
Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or a similar role.
Knowledge of hiring processes, especially in creative fields such as digital marketing, video editing, and design.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with an eye for detail.
