Presales Consultant

FAIR Consulting Group (Australia) | Permanent PositionKarachi, Pakistan | Posted on 05/11/2024The Presales Consultant will work with Practice Directors, the Presales Manager and other internal team members to ensure the presales process is well organised and allows FAIR to submit high-quality, solution-focused, competitive proposals and responses to RFPs and RFQs.About the role:Identify and document customer requirements, opportunities and pain points from internal briefings or customer meetings and research.Work with internal technical experts and other SMEs to arrive at a solution approach, as well as timelines, estimates, and other information required to help articulate our offer to customers.Act as a go-to person in the presales team for the RFI/RFP/RFQ process, managing tasks and ensuring our approach is planned and timely.Provide inputs to the technical team for conducting POCs and POV for various products.Manage the administration related to presales, including internal communication and engagement channels and external partner compliance processes.About you:To succeed in this role, you will be a highly motivated and dynamic individual who balances strategic thinking with effective communication while executing presales activities efficiently. You are a passionate and ambitious team player with experience in consulting or managing multiple projects in a presales capacity. You are driven to deliver outstanding results and believe in practising what you preach, consistently aiming to provide exceptional outcomes for team FAIR and our customers.Desired Skills:Experience in supporting or managing the RFI/RFP/RFQ process across multiple clients.Demonstrated track record in IT consulting, ideally across multiple business domains (Retail/Finance/Insurance, etc…).Experience from larger-scale customer projects or digital transformation initiatives.Experience with ERP, Commerce, CRM and Marketing platforms (SAP stack preferred).Good functional understanding of Cloud technologies & DevOps tools.Excellent written, verbal and stakeholder management skills.RequirementsOur Culture:What's most important at FAIR?
