DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct, monitor & evaluate all medical services of the hospital.
Improve & upgrade the department of Medical & Surgical in terms of organization, statistics, and recognition from PMDC, CPSP, etc.
Manage all medical, nursing & para-medical staff.
Enhance the quality of medical services in guidance of accreditation authorities (e.g., SHCC, ISO Certification, JCIA).
Conduct necessary correspondence with CPSP, PMDC, PNC, SNEB, and other accreditation authorities.
Conduct monthly departmental audits, mortality, and morbidity meetings.
Oversee the functioning of hospital pharmacy management and implementation of hospital policy.
Supervise the operations of diagnostic services.
Oversee the bio-medical services.
Manage the Infection Control Committee.
Supervise marketing strategies.
Perform any other tasks in correlation with the Chief Executive Officer.
Qualification: MBBS with post-graduation in Healthcare / Hospital Management.
Job Category: Full-time, 8 hours x 6 days.
Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a tertiary healthcare facility.
Salary Budget: 350,000/- to 450,000/-
