In this role as Business Intelligence Developer, you will be working alongside business stakeholders with actionable data to drive better decision making. You will be integral in the design and implementation of reliable, performant and scalable data intelligence solutions to improve our business intelligence reporting, data automation solutions and data product developments.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand business requirements, analyze large data sets for patterns, visualize results in dashboards and presentations, improve efficiency by automating business processes and become subject matter expert.Support Product Owners across all experimentation stages to assist in the ideation of new product ideas and define statistical success criteria.Drive self-service business intelligence by empowering users to adopt existing BI tools by improving the data landscape and educating users.Become a data business partner for Business and Product stakeholders by guiding them through all data related topics.Design and build Data Products to automate manual business processes or embed data metrics into business applications to improve user experience and real-time analytics.Skills, Knowledge requiredGood collaboration skills based on a collaborative and open mindset; ability to build effective working relations with multiple stakeholders, across departments, with differing interests.Proficiency using BI tools such as EasyData, EasyBI, OLAP, MS Power BI etc.Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills to monitor and handle multiple projects, balance key priorities and meet challenging and changing deadlines.Strong analytical, structured thinking and problem-solving skills; thoroughness and ability to deliver quality output.Ownership and self-management capabilities - a high degree of ownership for tasks, the ability to work independently and to prioritize tasks in a highly dynamic environment.Experience with ERP Reporting tools - knowledge of MS Dynamics.Education, Experience RequiredBachelor's or Master's degree in data science/analytics, business technology, STEM or related disciplines.5+ years of work experience in business intelligence, data analytics, data science, data reporting or other relevant fields.
