We are currently in search of a CrisisManager to join our dynamic team inTabuk.In thiscrucial role, the Crisis Manager will be instrumental in craftingand executing robust crisis management strategies, ensuring ourorganization can effectively navigate challenging situations. Thisposition entails coordinating emergency responses, performingcomprehensive risk assessments, creating communication plans, andleading training initiatives focused on crisismanagement.KeyResponsibilities:Enhanceand sustain the Crisis Management Framework andPlan.Develop, implement, and continuouslyimprove crisis management capabilities.Serveas the Crisis Coordinator, overseeing crisis responseactivities.Conduct training sessions formembers of the Crisis Management Committee, including chairs andsecretariat.Organize and lead regular crisisdrills and scenario planning exercises.Refineand uphold the Incident ManagementFramework.Collaborate with the EmergencyManagement Framework and other related frameworks to ensurecohesive operations.This position offers anexciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in strengthening ourorganization's crisis management capabilities. Desired candidate profile Qualifications:ABachelor's degree in Emergency Management, RiskManagement, or a closely related field.Aminimum of 8 years of experience in crisis management or emergencyresponse, demonstrating a solid track record in thefield.Proven stakeholder management skills,with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teamseffectively.Strong understanding of incidentmanagement frameworks, with demonstrated success in managingdiverse groups during significantincidents.Excellent analytical,problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities, allowing forinformed decision-making based on actionabledata.Proficiency in gathering and analyzingdata from various sources to produce comprehensive reports andactionable recommendations.Familiarity withstandards such as ISO 22361:2022, ISO 22301:2019, and BS 11200:2014is preferred.
