Assumingthe responsibility and accountability of specific assigned clinic/area using collaborative approach withotherteam member to ensure that our patients are receiving the expectedcare/ service. OPD Nurse acts asliaisonfacilitatingcollaboration between physician patients family andinterdisciplinary team member/ otherdepartmentstaff.*Ensuresthe readiness and arrangement of the clinic/ assigned area(environment cleanliness/supplies)on a dailybasis.AssistsPhysician in examining thepatient.Receivescalls clarification and answer asneeded.Organizesthe patient flow to and from theclinic.Ensuresthat all required documents are completed (claims/ referraletc.)Trackspatient status and assist asneeded.Communicateswith lab/ radiology and other department asneeded.Checksthe vital signs and document itproperly.Refersany findings/ observation to the treating doctorsimmediately.Carryoutsdoctor order as needed in a timelymanner.Processesadmission and referral accurately and in timelymannerPerformsthe requested and ordered Nursing procedures/ intervention whichincludes:AdministeringnebulizationAdministeringmedication including IMinjectionGlucocheckProvidespatient/ family education as per theirneeds.Adheresto nursing documentationpolicy.Initiatesemergency and resuscitative measures asneeded.Maintainspatient privacy andconfidentiality.Maintainsrequired mandatory general and specific competencies.Adheresto JCIA/ CBAHIStandardsAttendsthe departmental education/ trainingactivities.Attendsthe departmentmeetings.Adheresto infection controlprinciples.Adheresto HMG Nursing Dress Codepolicy.Handlesdepartment machine/equipment:Dinamapand pulseoximeterCrashcart and other resuscitationequipmentFatAnalyzerParticipatesin personcentered care initiatives undertaken byHMG.Enrichespatient experience with compassion respect anddignity.Performsother applicable task and duties assigned by Charge Nurse withinthe realm of his/herknowledgeskills andabilities.RequirementsQualificationsandRequirements:BSNGraduate with PRC license *will accept newly graduated Nurses withlicense with less than 1year gap from the date ofgraduationwillaccept Nurses with a minimum of 1year experience or more as well(experience will start on the PRC issuancedate)Nonhospitalexperience Nurses will be accepted such as RHU/Community NursesLyingin Nurses and clinic Nurses excluding company and schoolNurses.Willingto process Dataflow and Mumaris will be processed by the EmployerHMGGroupSaudiPrometric will be in KSA upondeploymentBenefitsSR4000 for newly passed Nurses with no experience *will increasedepending on theexperienceTransportand Accomodation: Free liveout option is also available and willbegiven anallowanceFoodAllowance 350SRAreaAllowance 300 SR 600SRTranspoAllowance 350SRHousingAllowance 700SRVacationand Ticket annual vacation after finishing a 2 yearcontractDataflow& Mumaris salarydeduction
