We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Services II to join our Asset Servicing - Client Experience team. This role is located in Dublin - Hybrid.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Build strong, collaborative relationships, both internally and externally with clients.
Analyze data and information and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
Operate with a sense of urgency, while prioritizing effectively.
Communicate clearly and concisely, adapting style depending on the audience.
Apply a strong controls focus and know when to escalate.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Sufficient years of client services experience within ETFs and Asset Servicing, paired with operational expertise.
Collaborative and flexible approach to problem-solving, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
Able to work independently and autonomously, manage multiple work streams, and have an eye for detail.
Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
A business-focused individual with a results-driven mentality combined with a high desire to work strategically.
