As a clinical Diagnostic laboratory we offer molecular genetics testing for Familial Cancers to confirm clinical diagnosis, carrier testing and predict the likelihood of response to therapy. To work with considerable independence to perform complex molecular assays using a combination of traditional bench work and state-of-the-art instrument, the candidate is expected to have strong background in molecular genetics, DNA and RNA amplification and detection techniques including but not limited to: Genetic analysis of tissue, blood and bone marrow using a wide range of molecular techniques, capillary gel electrophoresis, quantitative RT-PCR and direct DNA sequencing. Candidate with an array-based technology experience and or DHPLC have an advantage.  Job Benefits Tax-Free income Married-Status contract Accommodations provided Relocation Allowance Free flights home Generous vacations (54 days) Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from North America, Western Europe, or Australia/New Zealand, and Valid license/registration with the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS), or equivalent from Western Europe or Australia/New Zealand, and A minimum of four years current full-time experience as a registered Medical Technologist in the specialty area, working in a hospital setting in North America, Western Europe, or Australia/New Zealand. Department Information The Department of Radiology provides both Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services. The Department offers examinations and procedures performed by highly qualified staff utilizing some of the most modern equipment in the region. Approximately 157,000 procedures are performed annually. The department includes the following sections: General Radiography, Special Procedures, (including Fluoroscopy and Angiography), Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, (including PET, and PET/CT), Computed Tomography, and Magnetic Resonance Imaging. The extensive services offered by the department are supported by Medical staff with expertise in Neuro-Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Musculoskeletal, Thoracic, Interventional, Women's Imaging, Abdominal/Body Imaging, and Pediatrics.
