The Travel team at Super.com is a high-performing and fast-paced cross-functional team that makes up one of the core business units of the company. Our mission is to bring our millions of customers the best hotel rates anywhere and help them experience more of what life has to offer.

About the Role
Super.com is gearing up for its European expansion. We're looking for a strong leader in travel who understands the European hotel market and can strategically and tactically execute on our Europe growth plans. You'll help us establish a strong user base in Europe and drive profitable results for our travel business. You'll use your deep understanding of European travel consumers to identify growth opportunities, and you'll direct which markets we should focus on and how we should sequence our European rollout.
You'll advise the rest of the travel business on how to succeed in Europe, and you'll partner with our Supply team to unlock even better rates for our European customers.
You'll report directly to our General Manager for Travel and will be an integral part of our success in Europe. Working hours for this role are flexible with some overlap of US Eastern working hours.
Key Challenges
Help research, define, and execute an expansion strategy for Super.com's entry to Europe
Advise the GM on European market dynamics, rules and regulations, consumer preferences, and market penetration strategies
Manage our growth channels in Europe in concert with our Growth functional teams, owning revenue and performance metrics
Steer our product and development teams to tailor our travel product and offering to European markets
Support Supply and commercial teams to get better rates and availability for our customers
Analyze and report on critical business European performance metrics along various dimensions. Synthesize insights from data to derive tactical decisions to keep growing the European business
Oversee all administrative matters for Super.com's Irish legal entity from the office located in Dublin, Ireland
About You
5+ years of European-centric online travel experience
Experience in operating European performance marketing channels
Expert knowledge of European hotel industry and key competitors and potential partners
Tremendous operating range and no ego - you're eager to roll up your sleeves and get things done yourself - whether that's digging into data, meeting with a partner, or writing a specification for a project
Comfortable working with North American and other global colleagues - especially comfortable expressing ideas clearly and in writing and executing independently
Fluency in European languages (German, Spanish, French)
€49,000 - €112,000 a year
