As a technician in the R&D department, you will undertake several important responsibilities. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and data analysis skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks flexibly to support the smooth progress of the R&D team. The specific job duties include: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible for the daily management and inventory of laboratory materials, ensuring timely supply, reasonable inventory allocation, material disposal, and other related tasks, to ensure the smooth progress of experiments.
- Organize and arrange relevant experiments for engineering materials according to project requirements, ensuring the standardization of experiments and the accuracy of data.
- Responsible for FA work, assisting in analyzing the root causes of product failures.
- Use MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to establish and manage engineering materials, ensuring accurate records of material flow and usage data throughout the production and R&D processes.
- Conduct measurements and record related physical quantities such as three-point bending and warpage, ensuring the accuracy of test data to provide reliable basis for subsequent analysis and decision-making.
- Collect engineering test material data according to the requirements of engineers.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:- Diploma or higher in materials, electronics, mechanical engineering, automation, computer science, or related engineering fields is preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, with experience in R&D or technical support preferred.
- A strong team player with good communication skills, able to handle work pressure and solve complex technical problems.
- Strong self-learning ability and hands-on skills, capable of quickly mastering new technologies and applying them to practical work.
- Experience working in a packaging or testing factory, with knowledge of basic packaging processes;
- Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution System);
- Experience with three-point bending and warpage testing is a plus;
- FA (Failure Analysis) work experience is preferred;
- Experience in laboratory material management is preferred;
- Project management skills with the ability to independently design technical solutions and write documentation.
