Due to internal progression, we are looking for a passionate Store Manager to help lead our MECCA Auckland (Queen Street) store in NZ on a full-time basis. Our Store Managers typically work on a Tuesday-Saturday rotation. Perks as a Store Manager at MECCA:

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Ensure store operations are running smoothly to help the team create seamless and memorable customer experiences.
• Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring, and by providing feedback.
• Engage and motivate your team in-store to meet KPIs and uphold our values.

What success looks like in this role:

• Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) managing a large format retail environment where you inspire, coach, and train large teams.
• A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments.
• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development.
• A make-it-happen mindset with a proven ability to develop strong relationships.
• Genuine care for people, always striving to create the best possible team member experience.
• An ability to think big and long-term, and drive change through influencing others.
