Role Summary:

The General Manager at Adaca will be responsible for overseeing all departments, managing all personnel, and playing a crucial role in employee retention and relations. This position requires a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Department Oversight:
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of all departments to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and achieve organizational goals.
    • Monitor departmental performance and provide guidance and support to department heads.
  2. Personnel Management:
    • Manage and lead all employees at Adaca, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, mission, and values.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and high performance.
    • Oversee hiring, training, and development programs to ensure the growth and competency of the workforce.
  3. Employee Retention and Relations:
    • Develop and implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance job satisfaction.
    • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and fairly to maintain a harmonious work environment.
    • Collaborate and execute initiatives that improve employee engagement and morale.
  4. Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Participate in the development of business strategies and ensure their successful execution.
    • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  5. Performance Management:
    • Establish performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to ensure staff are meeting their objectives.
    • Provide constructive feedback and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
    • Recognize and reward outstanding performance to motivate employees and foster loyalty.
  6. Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure all operations comply with legal regulations and company policies.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.
