Role Summary:
The General Manager at Adaca will be responsible for overseeing all departments, managing all personnel, and playing a crucial role in employee retention and relations. - Department Oversight:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of all departments to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor departmental performance and provide guidance and support to department heads.
- Personnel Management:
- Manage and lead all employees at Adaca, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, mission, and values.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and high performance.
- Oversee hiring, training, and development programs to ensure the growth and competency of the workforce.
- Employee Retention and Relations:
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance job satisfaction.
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and fairly to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Collaborate and execute initiatives that improve employee engagement and morale.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Participate in the development of business strategies and ensure their successful execution.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Performance Management:
- Establish performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to ensure staff are meeting their objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Recognize and reward outstanding performance to motivate employees and foster loyalty.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all operations comply with legal regulations and company policies.
