Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM System Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the CRM system, ensuring it is functioning optimally and data is accurately recorded and maintained.
  • Customize CRM workflows and processes to meet the specific needs of the organization and improve overall efficiency.
  • Customer Engagement & Retention:
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized communications to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, customer behavior patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on CRM performance, campaign results, and customer insights to senior management.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure CRM strategies are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Provide support and training to team members on CRM best practices and system usage.
  • Customer Feedback & Improvement:
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, addressing concerns and implementing solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes and strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead and manage CRM-related projects, including system upgrades, new feature implementations, and process enhancements.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in CRM management or a related role, with a proven track record in optimizing CRM systems and strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
