Department FACILITIES MANAGEMENT Primary purpose of job Responsible for directing, supervising, and resolving conflicts related to all aspects of Security Pass Office functions. Establish and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders for facilitating the issuance and deactivation of staff ID-cards and contractor security passes. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, coordinate with state authorities for security clearance, and oversee the evaluation, enhancement, and monitoring of pass office processes and systems. Experience & Skills • Minimum 8 years of experience in an administrative supervisory/management level preferably in oil & gas security environment.

Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English and Arabic.
Computer literate (MS Office applications).
Proven administrative, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Education • An accredited university degree preferably in management/ administration/security/ Information Technology. #J-18808-Ljbffr
