Project Manager, Senior (Temp Staff)
Job details
Successfully manage and coordinate concurrent, billable training projects by validating education deliverables, securing instructor resources, negotiating and gaining agreement on key project dates with customers, and organizing all elements of the delivery, and closing projects within the given constraints. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Understanding desired customer outcomes, verifying project requirements, and aligning as needed.
- Developing training schedules and resource plans by acquiring qualified resources (internal and subcontractors) to complete project deliverables.
- Effectively communicating verbally and in writing to keep customers, instructors, and other stakeholders abreast of project development, manage expectations, problem-solve, and drive successful project completion.
- Coordinating the logistics of people and materials.
- Taking corrective action or making changes in a timely fashion to stay in alignment with milestones and project constraints.
- Managing time, expenses, purchase orders, and invoices against projects, as well as reconciling billing discrepancies as needed.
- Fastidiously producing necessary analytics and providing a dependable source for accurate detail and data.
- Utilizing the tools and technologies that are in place to complete the above tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- Project Management experience and/or work experience, leading matrixed teams in a business-setting, preferred

- Experience in business analysis, system requirements gathering, and documentation
- Strong knowledge of development lifecycles and methodologies
- Project Management experience and work experience in a business-setting, preferred
- Proven ability to work remotely and independently, without close supervision
- French language would be a plus.
