- Search pro-actively for matching job openings for the bench candidates.
- Build & maintain vendor/client list for Microsoft Dynamics 365 candidates.
- Utilizing a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking & groups to identify matching requirements for bench candidates.
- Maintain Vendor/Client database.
- Rate Negotiation with recruiters.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all candidate interactions and job submissions
- Continuously build and expand a network of candidates and clients to drive business growth
- Follow up with recruiters to get appropriate updates.
- Primarily focus on placing Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Sales Force candidates on Corp To Corp (C2C).
- 1+ to 6 years of experience in Bench Sales recruiting, preferably within the IT staffing industry
- Hands-on experience placing Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Sales Force Consultants.
- Accurate client submissions in daily basis.
- Experience in updating/building candidate resumes as per the recruiters need.
- Building resumes for bench candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and goals
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Recruiters with the ability to add new accounts or clients will be given preferences.
- Recruiters with the ability to add new candidates to the bench & placing them will be given first priority.
