Outside IR35 - Remote - Must be UK based - No sponsorship As a Cybersecurity Engineer with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM), you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IAM systems to ensure the security and integrity of our information and applications. Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM systems, including identity provisioning, access control, and authentication mechanisms.
- Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor IAM systems for security threats and anomalies, and investigate security incidents.
- Integrate IAM solutions with other security tools and technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to users and other IT teams.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on IAM.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Experience with common IAM tools and platforms (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
- Knowledge of cloud security and IAM in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
- Experience with identity federation and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience with threat intelligence and incident response.
