Job Description

1. A diploma or higher in Computer Science or a related field, MCSE preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in supporting MacOS, MS Windows, Office applications, and desktop hardware; retail experience a plus.
3. Knowledgeable in system and network management, with specifics on:
1. Microsoft Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange,
2. TCP/IP network/wifi setup,
3. Microsoft operating systems, e.g., Win10, WinXP, Windows Server Family.
4. Experience with Checkpoint Firewall is beneficial.
5. Self-driven, hardworking, with strong interpersonal skills.
6. Organized, capable of working independently under stress.
7. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
8. Available for travel within Asia on short notice and willing to work overtime or on-call during emergencies.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines with MCSE qualification preferred;
2. At least 2 years experience in supporting MacOS, MS Windows, Office applications and desktop hardware, preferably in retail business;
3. Knowledge in system and network management, specifically on:
1. Microsoft Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange,
2. TCP/IP network / wifi setup,
3. Microsoft operating systems, i.e. Win10, WinXP, Windows Server Family.
4. Experience on Checkpoint Firewall is an advantage;
5. Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal skills;
6. Well organized and able to work independently under pressure;
7. Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
8. Ability to travel within Asia with short notice and willing to work overtime, standby on emergency call.
